Delivery Information and Terms

Our hot tubs are delivered using fully trained delivery teams who are fully qualified to operate the specialist equipment used to position hot tubs. We use a system called the spa dolly or a spa sledge to take your hot tub into position in your garden and place where you require. Please note they will NOT be able to remove the hot tub from the hot tub cart until it reaches the base.

We aim to have your spa delivered to you within two weeks from purchasing. If the spa is in stock we may even be able to do next day delivery. However, throughout the busy summer period there may be a lead time of 4-6 weeks. On reserving your spa you will be informed of your wait time and should this not meet your expectations we may be able to offer an alternative.

In some circumstances we may offer curbside delivery using a freight company at a cost of £400, with an option to include insurance at an additional £49. A curbside drop will require buyers to position the spa themselves, any damage caused during this move will not be covered by Superior Spas.

Delivery And Position Full Installation £400 within 200 miles of BL9 8QZ £550 (within 150 Miles of BL9 8QZ £2 every additional mile Our experienced delivery team will take your hot tub into position, fill the hot tub up with water, connect the power supply and sanitise the spa. They will guide you through the workings of your hot tub, controls panel and how often you use the chemicals. The Hot Tub will require a 32amp supply and you will a 6mm armoured cable from the hot tub wired directly into a 32amp switchable junction box.
